The point of a driveaway awning is that you keep your pitch while taking the van out for the day. The Aston attaches to your awning rail via a 4/6mm kit, then unclips in minutes when you want to drive off — leaving the awning standing with its rear guy lines. It adds 330 x 300 cm of standing-height space with room for a table and chairs, and full-roof PVC skylights that make it feel considerably less enclosed than most awnings. TPU air poles pitch it faster than any poled equivalent.

Keep the pitch, take the van

The cowling unzips from the awning so you can drive away without dismantling anything. A zipped internal door connects van to awning, and side doors let you reach the vehicle without walking through.

PVC skylights run the full length of the roof, which transforms how the space feels on a grey afternoon — and gives you something to look at on a clear night.

Pitched in minutes

The TPU poles come pre-fitted with Boston valves. Attach the purge pump, inflate to 7 PSI, and the pump vents excess automatically so there's no risk of over-inflating.

Good to know

Check your vehicle's awning rail height first — this fits 180 to 210 cm, which covers most compact campers, mid-sized vans and MPVs but not high-top motorhomes. Three 6m throw lines are included for vehicles without a rail. The bedroom pod clips in but is sold separately.
